International Education Development Program (IEDP), is a career guidance and educational concern registered in India and the USA with a vision to globalize Indian Higher Educational Institutions. The IEDP team consists of experienced faculty and industry experts working in India and the USA and the team helps universities and colleges design and curate programs from around the globe.
The programs are designed with a vision that ensures the spirit of international cooperation among the students, faculty and administrators. In Kerala IEDP works in partnership with St. Teresa’s College (Autonomous), and has successfully designed programs that are multidisciplinary and global in nature.
St. Teresa’s College (Autonomous) is a pioneering institution in the field of Higher Education in India, which was established in the year 1925, as the first Women’s College of the erstwhile Cochin State and the second in the state of Kerala by the Congregation of the Carmelite Sisters of St. Teresa. The college is now, NAAC A ++ accredited higher education institution which is ranked 37th among the top 50 (NIRF, 2022) in India and has a student strength of 4500.
IEDP, St. Teresa’s College functions as the International department within the college, with its office situated in the Central Block of the campus.
The CSST (Carmelite Sisters of St. Teresas) Institutions manages 129 educational institutions in India and 11 abroad with a total of 140 institutions. In Kerala, specifically, there are 36 institutions under CSST.
IEDP has signed an MOU with Vidyaniketan College which is under the Archdiocese of Verapoly, located in the CBD of Kochi city. This strategic location, with its ties to various hospitals and clinics, makes it an ideal setting for delivering the Nursing and Medical Programs envisaged programs in India.
The Archdiocese of Verapoly has around 45 schools across Ernakulam with an enrollment of 3000 to 4000 students. Lourdes College of Nursing has approximately 500 students per year. AISAT College of Engineering with an enrollment of 1400 students. AIMS Management study is 120 per batch.
